Knuthenlund's goat chops with lime





Serves 4
 
8 goat chops

fresh thyme

olive oil

1 lime

2 cloves of garlic

salt & pepper


Make a marinade of olive oil, finely chopped garlic and thyme, grated lemon peel and a small amount of lime juice and salt and pepper. Marinate the chops in the marinade for about 3 hours. Then fry the chops in a pan. Serve with salad, bread and olive tapenade.
