Game from Knuthenlund

Game is a natural part of the Danish countryside and a healthy and delicious delicacy. Knuthenlund is known for its large stock of roe deer, but game birds and wildfowl are also popular quarry. All the game at Knuthenlund is killed by hunting. The shoots are run in a way that respects nature and are therefore an integrated part of the overall organic operations. However, it is not possible to label game as organic meat.
