Fresh organic milk




Our organic drinking milk comes from the estate's herds of free-range milking sheep and goats. The animals are milked twice a day in our new milking parlour, before the milk is carefully processed in the dairy.  

Organic Sheep's Milk




A full-cream milk made from pure sheep's milk. The milk has a full, round flavour, and is suitable for many modern coffee types such as café latte and cappuccino.  

Organic Goat's Milk





Knuthenlund's full-cream goat's milk is made from pure organic goat's milk. Goat's milk has many nutritional qualities. Among other things, the amino acid composition in goat's milk is more like human milk than cow's milk.

Moreover, the proteins in goat's milk are digested faster than proteins in cow's milk as the particles in the milk are smaller.


Goat's milk also contains less cholesterol than cow's milk and has a beneficial effect on vitamin C uptake.

Linolenic acid is also found in goat's milk, which helps to reduce a person's cholesterol count. Various trials with rats have shown that linolenic acid can also inhibit the development of cancerous cells.
