Our philosophy on organics

Organics is a lifestyle and a question of attitude

On 1 July 2007, we started converting all Knuthenlund's land to organic farming. This was done out of a desire to put more effort into looking after the countryside and create organic, high-quality and nutritious foods.   



Lovingly made quality cheeses

In the farm dairy, the fresh milk is very carefully processed to preserve the milk's taste and structure.

Our motto is: ‘We take the line of greatest resistance'.

We take great trouble with what we do, and we hope you can taste the difference.  



The Dairy Shop

Knuthenlund's dairy shop and café is open from Thursday to Sunday each week from 11AM to 17 PM. From 1st of June the shop 7 days a week from 11AM to 17PM.

Each day at 14PM you can Watch the goats and sheep being milked through a large window in the Dairy shop. Free Entrence.
